RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

For hygiene reasons unfortunately we don't except returns as our sets include earrings, but if our jewellery had a defect or it was damaged through delivery you may exchange your piece for the same model originally purchased. You have 14 days to send a purchase back to us. Your new piece will be shipped using our complimentary Express Shipping method in UK. It will be sent to the shipping address indicated on your original order within 3 to 4 business days after your returned piece has been received and processed.
